The Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our Operations Team. As a key member of our team, you will handle a varied commercial and consumer portfolio, managing inbound and outbound calls, organizing payment plans, and monitoring an inbox.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact customers with overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans within organizational guidelines
  • Manage inbound calls and emails from policy holders, providing exceptional customer service
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to review accounts and determine the best course of action for both clients and the company
