Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls from customers, representing and promoting a wide range of Telstra products and services.
  • Provide expert advice tailored to customer needs and lifestyles.
  • Use effective communication skills to empathize with and understand customers.
  • Confidently de-escalate any customer grievances.
  • Be flexible with hours to ensure we're there when our customers need us.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and engage in friendly conversation.
  • Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to push yourself to new heights.

  • A fixed internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
  • Availability to work Monday - Saturday, 7:30 am - 6:30 pm schedule
