- Optimize campaigns across various channels, including paid media, email, webinars, SEO, partnerships, and more – always grounded in data-driven insights and experimentation.
- Design and implement funnels that reach both consumers and healthcare providers, fostering connections between them.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and data teams to synchronize growth opportunities, attribution, and customer journeys.
- Proven experience scaling B2C and/or B2B marketing in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, account-based marketing, and demand generation.
- Strategic thinking prowess, capable of breaking down business goals into actionable steps.
- Track record of scaling to significant revenues, showcasing growth expertise.
- You consistently track and report on key metrics, working with the data team to build measurement infrastructure for informed decision-making.
- Ability to empower, coach, and develop marketing teams to their fullest potential.
