We are seeking highly skilled and passionate individuals to join our team of Business Bankers, driving growth and success for Australian small businesses.


About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to build meaningful relationships with customers, understand their business needs, and deliver tailored financial solutions that drive results.


  • Originate and manage commercial lending solutions, along with asset finance, merchant services, and everyday banking products.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their business goals and offer insights and solutions that support their success.
  • Represent the bank within your local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition and hosting educational events.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen referral partnerships and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will possess:


  • Proven experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
  • Sound financial analysis skills and home lending experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Passion for small business customers or experience running a small business.
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation.
  • Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
  • Cert IV in Banking Services or equivalent.
