We are seeking a driven and proactive professional to join our Sales team as an Account Manager.
- This role will involve leading the charge with one of our biggest retail partners – Woolworths.
In this capacity, you will team up with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that drive sustainable growth. You will also be responsible for managing promotional activity and supporting range reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FMCG and a passion for building lasting relationships at all levels.
If you have previous customer-facing experience, a curious and can-do attitude, and sharp analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze data and market trends to inform sales decisions
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to leadership teams
Requirements:
- Previous customer-facing account management experience in FMCG (grocery advantageous)
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a focus on growing both top and bottom line
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
