About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-Commerce Product Manager to join our team at Foxtel. As a key member of our Commercial Performance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce journey, from shopfront to sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and Prioritize E-commerce Product Initiatives: Align with commercial objectives and customer needs to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Collaborate with technical experts to manage the translation of product and business requirements into actual technology solutions.
  • Manage E-commerce and End-to-End Sales Journey Roadmap: Gather requirements and understand the needs of stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
  • Communicate Effectively with Stakeholders: Manage expectations and ensure requirements are current and relevant.
  • Work Closely with UX: Define the MVP based on stakeholder requirements, customer needs, UX best practice, and business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience in Digital Product Management: Focus on e-commerce and MarTech with a strong understanding of technology principles and methodologies.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Effectively interface with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
