Our Digital Team
We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the execution of our digital marketing strategy across all performance marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Campaigns: Develop creative briefs for marketing campaigns for Google, Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube that align with our digital marketing strategy. Assist in the development and execution of promotional and ad-hoc digital marketing campaigns. Work closely with Digital Media agencies to ensure they're across all campaigns to maximize performance.
- Content Creation: Support the end-to-end execution of our digital content plan in line with our marketing calendar and brand positioning. Assist in shoots for video marketing activity used on Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Reporting & Research: Conduct market research to identify platform trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Assist in the reporting of digital marketing campaigns to continuously improve performance, innovate, and drive results.
- Content Management: Manage the written and image content given to affiliate partners for all promotional activity.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of digital marketing and/or e-commerce experience
- Basic understanding of website traffic metrics
- Basic understanding of trading an e-commerce website (omni-channel preferred)
- Excellent ad copywriting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, and general computer skills
