About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to drive the success of our gaming products in the ANZ region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Strategy Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.

  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats, informing product development and go-to-market strategies.

  • Product Launch and Execution: Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful product launches, meeting financial and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Performance Metrics and Analysis: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identifying areas for improvement and informing future product development.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.

  • Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product strategies and plans to stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to balance short-term and long-term goals, and adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
