Position Overview: We are in search of a Production Manager who is dynamic and results-oriented, with a strong passion for overseeing production management. This newly established role is essential for optimizing our production processes. You will report directly to the Value-Add Manager and be accountable for:

  • Operational Efficiency: Streamlining production workflows to ensure timely delivery while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Leadership: Inspiring and managing production teams, fostering collaboration, and creating a positive work atmosphere.
  • Resource Management: Effectively allocating resources, including personnel, machinery, and materials.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for enhancement, implementing process improvements, and driving operational excellence.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in production management within Value-Add Operations, particularly in the meat industry.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, quality control, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at managing personnel and processes to achieve daily objectives.
