Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable professional to fill the role of Stock & Inventory Coordinator at our Grantham facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and modify Domestic & Export container allocations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  2. Assign Domestic and Export statuses to new stock lines.
  3. Update or eliminate Domestic and Export allocations as necessary.
  4. Investigate discrepancies and adjustments, providing detailed reports on findings.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to reduce warehouse expenses.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven experience in warehousing, distribution management, and inventory control within an export food environment.
  2. Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn internal stock management systems.
  3. Excellent prioritization abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision in all inventory-related tasks.
  5. Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting and make prompt decisions to avoid customer delays.
  6. Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including occasional heavy lifting.
