An exciting opportunity exists for a proactive and adaptable individual to become a full-time Stock & Inventory Coordinator at our Grantham facility.

About the Role: In the capacity of Stock & Inventory Coordinator, you will be instrumental in overseeing and managing stock movements, adjustments, and the allocation of orders and containers under the supervision of the Loadout & Sales Manager. This role necessitates physical strength and a high level of concentration.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess and modify Domestic & Export container allocations to guarantee efficient order fulfillment.
  2. Assign Domestic and Export statuses to new stock lines.
  3. Update or eliminate Domestic and Export allocations as necessary.
  4. Examine discrepancies and adjustments, providing reports on findings.
  5. Develop strategies to reduce warehouse costs.

Your Skills And Experience Required

  1. Background in warehousing, distribution management, and inventory oversight within an export food facility.
  2. Competence in computer operations, with the ability to swiftly learn internal stock management systems.
  3. Outstanding prioritization skills and the capability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in all inventory-related functions.
  5. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and make prompt decisions to avoid customer delays.
  6. Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including occasional heavy lifting.
