An exciting opportunity has emerged for a proactive and adaptable individual to become part of our team at the Grantham facility as a full-time Stock & Inventory Coordinator.

About the Role: In the capacity of Stock & Inventory Coordinator, you will be essential in overseeing and managing stock movements, adjustments, and order and container allocations under the supervision of the Loadout & Sales Manager. This role involves some physical demands and requires a high level of concentration.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Assess and modify Domestic & Export container allocations to guarantee smooth order fulfillment.
  2. Assign Domestic and Export statuses to new stock lines.
  3. Update or eliminate Domestic and Export allocations as necessary.
  4. Examine discrepancies and adjustments, providing reports on findings.
  5. Develop strategies to reduce warehouse costs.

Your Skills And Experience Required

  1. Background in warehousing, distribution management, and inventory oversight within an export food environment.
  2. Competence in computer operations, with a quick understanding of internal stock management systems.
  3. Outstanding prioritization abilities and the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Strong attention to detail, ensuring precision in all inventory-related tasks.
  5. Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting and make prompt decisions to avoid customer delays.
  6. Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including occasional heavy lifting.
