Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable professional to take on the role of Stock & Inventory Coordinator at our Grantham facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and adjust Domestic & Export container allocations to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  2. Assign Domestic and Export statuses to new stock lines.
  3. Update or remove allocations for Domestic and Export stock.
  4. Investigate discrepancies and adjustments, providing detailed reports on findings.
  5. Develop strategies to reduce warehouse costs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven experience in warehousing, distribution management, and inventory control within an export food environment.
  2. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn internal stock management systems.
  3. Excellent prioritization abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  4. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all inventory-related tasks.
  5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and make timely decisions to avoid customer delays.
  6. Physical capability to meet the demands of the role, including occasional heavy lifting.
