Overview of the Supply Chain Graduate Program

We are excited to present our extensive Supply Chain Graduate Program, crafted for recent graduates eager to embark on a fulfilling career in a dynamic environment. This program is structured to cultivate the future leaders of our industry.

Program Structure: This is a thorough 12-month program featuring quarterly rotations across various departments, including Human Resources (HR), Quality Assurance (QA), Value Add, and the Production Office. The goal is to enhance your skills and prepare you for a leadership position within the organization.

Core Focus Areas

  1. Human Resources: Involvement in recruitment, training, performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
  2. Quality Assurance: Engagement in food safety, HACCP/ISO compliance, product testing, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Value Add: Participation in product development, market research, packaging strategies, cost optimization, and project management.
  4. Production Office: Experience in production planning, inventory management, supply chain coordination, efficiency optimization, and reporting.

Candidate Profile
