About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Specialist to join our team on a contract basis.

This is an exceptional chance for the right individual to take on a key role in implementing Business Process Management (BPM) across our Investments Program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of process excellence initiatives using Nintex and MS Visio for documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops, analyse gathered information, and ensure processes align with business capabilities.
  • Document processes, generate reports, and collaborate with subject matter experts to meet quality standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members in process management best practices.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar hands-on role, such as Process Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
  • Strongly preferred is experience with process mapping using Nintex process manager.
  • Ability to work independently and set own work plan to meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in documenting business processes and flexibility in adjusting mindset about process modelling.
  • Working knowledge of business architecture frameworks and ability to link operating model components into process documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster cooperation and teamwork.
