Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Transformation Expert to lead enterprise-wide process initiatives that drive measurable impact.

This role offers the opportunity to design, optimise and govern processes that unlock productivity, reduce costs and enable long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document current and future-state processes using BPMN 2.0 and BizzDesign methodologies.
  • Lead process discovery workshops and stakeholder engagements to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, optimisation and innovation to enhance business performance.
  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide process governance frameworks to drive consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage a centralised process repository aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to the organisation's process architecture and transparency to ensure effective decision-making.
  • Champion BPM disciplines and standardised approaches to promote best practices.
  • Mentor process analysts and governance specialists to develop their skills and expertise.
About You:
  • You have extensive experience in business process analysis, governance and architecture.
  • You have a proven track record of leading successful enterprise-wide transformation programs.
  • You possess expertise in BPMN 2.0, BizzDesign, SAP Signavio, SQL and Apromore tools and methodologies.
  • You have strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to inspire and guide teams.
  • You hold certifications in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), BPM (CBPP, ABPMP) or TOGAF.
  • You have experience with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci) and can effectively communicate with stakeholders.
