Business Process Improvement Expert

We are looking for an expert to oversee business processes and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review the efficiency of end-to-end processes to identify areas for redesign and improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the process, gathering input into requirements, getting buy-in for changes, and managing stakeholder expectations around implementation timing, support, and training.
  • Analyze the feasibility of proposed improvements, including risk assessments, and provide recommendations on whether and how to proceed.
  • Assist in developing business cases.
  • Evaluate proposed changes from other parties that may impact operating systems or processes.
  • Develop business and system requirements for new products and processes, as well as changes to existing ones.
  • Participate in system updates, including user acceptance testing.
  • Manage tasks for cross-functional projects.
  • Liaise with vendors to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in solution design documents.
  • Review Business Requirements, Print Rules, and other supporting requirements documents and manage updates to maintain accuracy and currency.
  • Complete post-implementation reviews and provide recommendations for enhancements.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a business analyst role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, business, IT, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience managing or participating in projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience with process improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with our systems and processes.
