Business Process Specialist Job Description

As a Business Process Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP Ariba solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Our ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with expertise in sourcing, contracts, procurement, and supplier management.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP Ariba solutions, providing expert-level consultation services to clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

Project Management is also a critical component of this role, as you will be responsible for managing project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

In addition to technical expertise, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.

Key Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Ariba, with at least 2-3 full life-cycle implementation projects.
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway, strong hands-on knowledge of supply chain procurement domain, and experience working with source suppliers and managing supplier enablement.
