Job Description:

We are seeking a Payroll Officer who will be responsible for managing key payroll activities for our business and supporting the People & Culture team. This role will involve processing payroll from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy and compliance, as well as reconciling payroll data and managing monthly payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll from beginning to end, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Reconcile payroll data and manage monthly payments
  • Handle calculations for entitlements like overtime, leave, and terminations
  • Support the People & Culture team with expertise in payroll processes and policy knowledge
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years' experience in a full-function payroll role
  • Familiarity with payroll legislation and ability to find latest updates
  • Attention to detail and adaptability
  • Teamwork and mentorship skills
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office
