**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Business Process Expert to deliver professional services to our clients. This role involves setting up features based on their workflows, integrating with other platforms, and migrating data from existing tools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Meet with clients daily to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Work offline to complete tasks assigned by clients, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing deadlines and delivering exceptional results.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS company.
  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
