Risk Management Expert Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive our risk culture and oversee internal processes.

About the Role:

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in compliance risks, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder management. They will work closely with our Head of Risk & Compliance to develop and implement effective strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Compliance Risks: Oversee AML / CTF, AFSL, ACL, CAANZ, and other regulatory requirements to ensure we remain compliant.
  2. Provide Expertise: Offer guidance on legislative changes, review marketing materials, and ensure all external communications adhere to regulatory standards.
  3. Built Relationships: Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  4. Incident Management: Monitor incidents, breaches, and complaints, embedding controls in collaboration with the Executive Team.

Key Requirements:

  1. Tertiary degree qualifications in law, commerce, economics, finance, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a Compliance-based position in the financial services industry.
  3. Experience with AML/CTF, AFSL and ACL licensing requirements and working with ASIC.
