Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Risk, Quality and Compliance professional to manage compliance risks across the firm.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing compliance risks across the firm, including AML/CTF, AFSL, ACL and other regulatory requirements
  • Providing training and support on risk and compliance matters to employees
  • Monitoring incidents, breaches and complaints, and liaising with stakeholders to embed controls
  • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Advising on changes to laws and regulations that may affect the company's compliance obligations
  • Reviewing and approving marketing materials and other external communications for compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Requirements:

  1. Tertiary degree qualifications in law, commerce, economics or related field
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Compliance-based position in the financial services industry
  3. Experience with AML/CTF, AFSL and ACL licensing requirements highly regarded
  4. Experience working with regulatory bodies highly regarded
