About the Role

This is a transformational leadership opportunity at a critical juncture in our growth journey. As General Manager – Commercial & Business Services, you will partner with our owner to systemize and scale our successful business.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with our owner to drive global growth and profitability
  • Autonomy: Manage functional responsibilities with large scope and full ownership

The ideal candidate will have experience in a medium-sized private business working for the owner or private equity. Strong commercial experience, including contract negotiation and management, is highly desirable.

About Us

Beaver Process Equipment has a team of 110 and is growing at a rate of 40 per cent annually. We have two facilities: Perth (approximately 4200m2 office/workshop) and Brisbane (approximately 5100m2 office/workshop, relocating to 16,000m2 facility in February).

We are investing heavily in technology to create a fully digital workflow from spatial data to design to manufacturing to remote monitoring. Our Slurry IQ optimisation technology is the first step towards turning our products into 'smart' hardware that delivers exceptional value to clients using technology like 3D point cloud, AI-based design optimisation, wear prediction using computational fluid dynamics (CFD), embedded sensors with IIOT cloud, digital twin visualisation, and predictive maintenance.

We also invest in manufacturing automation – think digital manufacturing and lots of robots.

About the Opportunity

$150,000 - $200,000 annual base salary is expected based on your skills, experience, and location.
