As a Senior Change Manager at AusNet Services, you'll play a pivotal role in navigating our organisation through transformative changes, ensuring a seamless transition for our employees and stakeholders.
Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and executing effective change management plans that align with our strategic initiatives. This includes conducting thorough impact assessments, identifying people risks, and collaborating with project teams to drive meaningful outcomes.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Project Team, subject matter experts, and Communication Team, to foster strong relationships and ensure a unified approach to change management.
This role requires a flexible and adaptable mindset, with a proven ability to navigate complex change environments and prioritise competing activities. If you're passionate about driving positive change and have a track record of delivering successful transformational projects, we want to hear from you.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a generous benefits package, including flexibility, leave, community giving opportunities, and more.
