Infosys Consulting is currently seeking Senior Principal and Principal consultants with experience in Cloud Transformation Strategy.

Job Description:

This is a highly visible role with exposure to a wide range of stakeholders. The responsibilities include:

  • Developing a business case for Oracle cloud ERP transformation with a good understanding of financial/non-financial benefits and required investments
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to manage assessments and develop cloud migration strategies and a multi-year journey map covering business process transformation, organization change management
  • Managing client relationships and advising clients to solve their problems/issues
  • Supporting the design of a cloud operating model with a broad understanding of required cloud operations capabilities, processes, roles/responsibilities, and organization structures
  • Evaluating different products for business functions
  • Leading client discussions to define issues and opportunities and delivering practical solutions

In addition to these responsibilities, this role involves Thought Leadership & Practice Development:

  • Leading/participating in the development and delivery of service offerings
  • Leading/participating in the blueprint and design of finance transformations
  • Providing insight into new and emerging perspectives and points of view on package-enabled transformations as well as emerging products and practices
  • Providing patterns, best practices, and white papers on ERP transformation strategy and service offering related areas
  • Capturing work products, insights gained, and intellectual property created and uploading into the firm's knowledge management system
  • Staying informed on trends in business practices and emerging products/technologies
  • Actively working to update/upgrade levels of expertise or knowledge
  • Demonstrating the ability to share expertise with others on the team and with the client
  • Demonstrating knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on finance and accounting

This role also involves Sales and Marketing:

  • Client proposal development and sales support
  • Client presentations
  • Contribution of points of view through blogging, white papers, and other thought leadership
  • Leading work streams to aid development of new business opportunities
  • Conducting market/client research and industry analysis
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
  • At least 15+ years of experience implementing and managing package-enabled business transformations involving Oracle applications
  • Business transformation and Oracle implementation experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle at client locations using the global delivery model, with at least 1 with ERP Cloud
  • Well-defined management consulting experience, including Project Management and/or Business Analysis
  • Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, financial practices, and supportive technology advancements in Oracle ERP Cloud and other products
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Proficient with industry-standard program management tools and practices
  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state, and national client locations
Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$150,000 - AU$200,000 depending on location and experience.
