The role of SHEQ Advisor is a key part of our team, ensuring the health and safety management system is effectively implemented across multiple clients. You will be responsible for actively developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, management, staff and subcontractors.
About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, offering on-site parking and career progression opportunities within Ventia. No two days are the same in this role, as you will be working across multiple clients and implementing various SHEQ Improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain Ventia's health and safety management system, procedures, and protocols.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including Ventia and client management, staff, and subcontractors.
- Lead audits, incident investigations, and drive SHEQ Improvement strategies.
About You
- Cert IV in Work, Health and Safety.
- ICAM Investigation Training or alternative Investigation Training.
- White card and Driver's License.
- Experience within a similar industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Estimate: AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
