
Client Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Client Growth Strategist to join our Financial Planning team in Melbourne. In this key role, you will focus on driving revenue and client growth strategies across the Wealth Management Service Line.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in achieving significant business revenue and growth. You will be responsible for defining target markets, determining pricing, and developing our people through consistent coaching and feedback.
This role requires someone who can effectively identify new clients and segments, define target markets, determine pricing, develop our people through coaching and feedback, analyse and dissect the client base, and identify new opportunities for growth.
You must have at least 10 years relevant industry experience in the Financial Planning and/or Financial Services industry. A strong track record in achieving significant business revenue and growth is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Business and Revenue Growth by identifying new clients and segments
- Define target markets and determine pricing
- Development of our people through consistent and effective coaching, feedback, and experience
- Analyse and dissect the client base and identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop, refine, and drive a culture of growth and client best interest
- Implement a consistent Annual Client Review process
