Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for settling warm inbound opportunities, prospecting a nurture book of previously settled clients, and maintaining relationships with small business owners to create a pipeline of repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Settle warm inbound opportunities and prospect a nurture book of previously settled clients
- Maintain relationships with small business owners to create a pipeline of repeat business
- Help small business owners compare and apply for finance from over 85+ lenders, including the 4 big banks
- Deliver excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 year sales experience, either face-to-face or phone-based
- Hungry for progression and uncapped commissions
- Results-driven and motivated to achieve set targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Keen interest in learning about finance
- Natural ability to build real, meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
