About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Valiant, a leading fintech start-up based in Surry Hills. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and delivering excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Settle warm inbound opportunities and prospect a nurture book of previously settled clients.
  • Maintain relationships with previously settled clients to create a pipeline of repeat business.
  • Help small business owners compare and apply for finance from over 85+ lenders, including the 4 big banks.
  • Consistently deliver excellent service to a large pipeline of qualified customers.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 year sales experience either face-to-face or phone-based.
  • Hungry for progression and uncapped commissions.
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve set targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Keen interest in learning about finance.
  • Natural ability to build real, meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confidence to work both autonomously and in a team setting.
