About this role

We are seeking an experienced Port Delivery Team Leader to join our team in New South Wales, Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of direct reports and ensuring efficient processes at the port.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of direct reports, promoting collaboration and coordination between team members.
  • Ensure operational changes at the pier are managed effectively, with suppliers receiving timely updates on last-minute changes or requests.
  • Oversee and manage operations incidents at the assigned port, minimizing any impact on delivery.
  • Develop and maintain continuous communication with cruise ships and stakeholders, including port authorities.
  • Work closely with the Port Delivery Team Manager to ensure a strong commercial relationship with Cruise Lines, providing regular feedback on operational insights.
  • Coordinate daily operational incidents to meet cruise line SLAs.
  • Supervise and monitor operational teams, managing staffing lists for the day.
  • Ensure timely collection of operational information for invoicing purposes.

What we offer

A competitive salary package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
