About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Port Delivery Team Leader to join our team in New South Wales, Australia. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of direct reports, ensuring efficient processes at the port (turnaround & shores) through collaboration and coordination between team members.
  • Ensure operations changes at the pier are managed with attention to detail, and suppliers receive last-minute changes or requests.
  • Oversee and manage operations incidents at the assigned port, reviewing impact on delivery.
  • Develop and maintain continuous communication with cruise ships and internal/external stakeholders, including Port Authorities.
  • Work closely with the Port Delivery Team Manager to ensure good commercial relationships with Cruise Lines by providing relevant feedback during operations.
  • Coordinate daily operational incidents to guarantee that cruise line SLAs are met.
  • Supervise and monitor operational teams, managing staffing lists for the day.
  • Ensure timely and efficient information collection for invoicing purposes.
