Job Title: Luxury Projects Coordinator

Our organization specializes in bespoke, high-end residential building projects.

  • We deliver architecturally designed luxury homes with a reputation for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Project values range from $3 million to $10 million.

The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates, managing contract administration, liaising with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and budget control, utilizing project management software, assessing subcontractor and supplier quotes, and overseeing procurement processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience as an Estimator or Contracts Administrator in high-end residential construction, proven experience on large-scale projects, proficiency in project management tools, strong understanding of construction contracts and timelines, ability to work independently, manage workflows, and meet deadlines, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
