Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead our high-end residential project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering luxury apartment projects, with strong attention to detail and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily site operations across all construction phases
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and program milestones
  • Maintain strict safety standards and enforce HSEQ compliance on site
  • Drive productivity while ensuring build quality
  • Attend site meetings, coordinate with consultants, and liaise with internal teams
  • Provide regular reporting and progress updates to the project lead
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering luxury residential projects as a Site Manager or Construction Manager
  • Strong understanding of build sequencing, trades coordination, and program control
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially around finishes and presentation
  • Able to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Relevant trade background or tertiary qualifications in construction
