About This Opportunity

This is a senior development role that has been created to support the company's growth and expanding development pipeline.

The successful candidate will work alongside an accomplished development team on multiple luxury residential apartment projects.

  1. Establish strategies for successful project delivery and cost-efficient outcomes.
  2. Prepare project feasibility studies, budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
  3. Devise and manage development applications through local councils.

Requirements

Key requirements include:

  1. Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, or a related field.
  2. Proficiency in Excel (Estate Master is a plus).
  3. Residential apartments development experience.
  4. Strong problem-solving, planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills for liaising and managing stakeholders.
