Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret business data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Intelligence and IT teams, as well as subject matter experts, to define reporting solutions and develop survey tools, metrics, dashboards, reports, and oncology monitoring plans.
  • Present business analyses to non-analytical audiences, including administrators and clinicians, ensuring timely reporting of key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 12 years of experience in the healthcare domain as a Business Analyst.
  • Expertise in clinical electronic information systems for data extraction and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings to various audiences.
