Job Opportunity

Seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our organization in the healthcare domain. This role requires expertise in clinical electronic information systems, data extraction and reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret business data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Intelligence and IT teams to define reporting solutions.
  • Develop survey tools, metrics, dashboards, reports, and oncology monitoring plans with an analytical focus.
  • Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, including Epic EHR.
  • Present business analyses to non-analytical audiences.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and objectives by analyzing needs and providing recommendations.
  • Ensure timely reporting of key metrics to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare domain.
  • Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, NextGen, etc.).
  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CDA, X12, etc.).
  • Understanding of HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, and other healthcare regulations.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, workflow diagrams, and system analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
