">As a Sydney Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our client base in Australia. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in business development, relationship management, and client engagement.

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and retention objectives for key clients.">
- Build strong relationships with senior-level clients to establish and drive productive, enduring relationships.">
- Execute on contractual compliance, obligations, inclusions, and exclusions.">
- Lead escalation of issues to find remedy in conjunction with relevant team members.">
- Win new business through tenders and other opportunities to drive growth and retention.">
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on superannuation and other services offered by Mercer.">
About You
">We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, relationship management, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have:

- A relevant undergraduate qualification, preferably with a postgraduate or professional qualification.">
- Significant experience at a senior level in a similar role in a financial or professional services environment.">
- Advanced conflict resolution and business acumen skills.">
- Strong knowledge of superannuation and other services provided by Mercer.">
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior-level clients.">
