The Role

As the Retail Media Partnerships Manager, your primary focus will be on crafting and implementing promotional and retail media strategies aimed at driving revenue enhancement. Key Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with a select group of sellers to position WMP as the premier destination for exceptional deals. Develop and implement a long-term promotional strategy with strategic partners to drive revenue and enhance visibility. Evaluate market trends, customer insights, and competitive pricing to guide commercial planning and seller proposals. Oversee pricing adjustments, including promotional offers and discounts, in collaboration with relevant internal teams. Analyze product performance metrics to uncover improvement opportunities and refine pricing strategies. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a marketplace or eCommerce environment, engaging with suppliers and sellers. Demonstrated success in identifying and executing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth. Strong analytical abilities, employing a data-driven approach to decision-making and structured methodologies. Exceptional relationship management skills, adept at handling multiple stakeholders. Proven capability to juggle multiple priorities and achieve results within set timelines. Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines.
