Job Title: Urban Development Team Leader

This role requires a seasoned professional with strong experience and skills in urban development, project management, leadership, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the day-to-day allocation of resources across the discipline to meet project requirements
  • Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to assist with the growth of the sector
  • Manage significant projects across the Discipline, ensuring technical requirements are met and performed within organisational policies and procedures
  • Oversee bid management processes in the region and surrounds
  • Foster and promote a diverse and inclusive team culture where employees feel they belong
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Urban Development sector
  • Achievement of CPEng status is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent project management skills and knowledge
  • Strong relationships within the Urban Development sector
