Job Title: Faith and Spirituality Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide meaningful faith and spirituality services to our community. As a Faith and Spirituality Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pastoral care services to individuals in our community
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with relevant training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Experience:

• One or more units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent
• Relevant pastoral or theological study
• Demonstrated experience working in a complex organization, with a strong understanding of team dynamics and interpersonal communication
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups, including those from different faith backgrounds
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
