- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Qualifications:
- Completed units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) or equivalent.
- Pastoral or theological studies relevant to the role.
- Your experience should demonstrate:
- Ability to work effectively within a large, complex organisation.
- Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs across diverse populations.
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion when interacting with vulnerable individuals.
- Clear understanding of the distinction between religion and spirituality.
- Familiarity with various faiths, including Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including basic computer literacy.
- A genuine passion for creating positive social change and contributing to an influential organisation serving disadvantaged communities.
