  • Understanding of pastoral and spiritual needs relating to vulnerable populations
  • Demonstrated empathy and affinity with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Demonstrated understanding of the distinctions between religion and spirituality.
  • Basic knowledge of different faiths, including Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam, Buddhism, Sikhism
