Job Title: Global Technical Solutions Expert

A key position in our organization, the Senior WW Specialist Solutions Architect plays a vital role in addressing complex customer challenges.

This technologist crafts scalable, flexible, and resilient technical architectures to solve intricate business problems.

The role involves guiding customers through application refactorings or designing entirely new cloud-based systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Representing the voice of the customer, bringing customer feedback to product teams to influence feature development and future product roadmap.
  • Providing advanced technical knowledge to GTM teams to unblock customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
  • Acting as a thought leader, sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and public-speaking events.
  • Partnering with Business Development teams to define technical components of best-in-class GTM concepts, solutions, and initiatives.
  • Developing and supporting an internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide.

A typical day may involve meeting with technical product managers, collaborating with others to build and test demonstrations and proofs of concept, and writing technical content. The ideal candidate will have strong domain-specific expertise, excellent communication skills, and experience in cloud-based systems design and implementation.
