Job Overview

  • Oversight of the installation of Balance of Plant Mechanical scope for large projects.
  • Ensure work is conducted safely, in accordance with quality standards, schedule and budget.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and Optimization
  • Prepare installation work packages.
  • Participate in the development of methods for assembly.
  • Request material and tooling and ensure availability at the work site.
Safety and Quality
  • Analyze and identify potential safety and quality risks; mitigate in planning and execution.
  • Effectively communicate work plans with subcontractors.
Progress Monitoring and Reporting
  • Monitor and report progress.
  • Identify non-conformities and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Scope Management and Risk Identification
  • Proactively identify, report and document scope deviation (claim and change order), risks and chances.
  • Collect improvement opportunities.

Your Profile

  • Ability to drive project success with a focus on HSE, quality, schedule, and budget.
  • Previous demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in large industrial projects or similar industries.
  • Proficient technical knowledge of mechanical systems.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.

Requirements:

  • Able to pass pre-employment medical and police check.
  • Must be able to stand, walk and climb as necessary.
  • Ability to work in an underground environment for an extended period.
