Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Systems Maintenance Specialist to join our team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for administering and updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database, ensuring data accuracy and managing system configuration.

Key responsibilities include overseeing CMMS asset management, managing and tracking work orders, ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are followed and optimized within the CMMS, analyzing CMMS data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing training and support to users on CMMS functionality and best practices, integrating the CMMS with other systems, generating reports on maintenance activities and costs, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in CMMS systems with hands-on experience in implementation or optimization.
  • Proficiency in data entry, system administration, and report generation.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot CMMS issues and find solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
