  • Provide specialist advice and guidance on organisational change projects.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with client groups and stakeholders to understand and anticipate business needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, change management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a business partnering role, with a focus on talent management and change management.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to positively impact senior leader decisions.
