
Business Administrator

This role involves working in a business administration environment to deliver operational and strategic projects. You will be assisting the directorate with tasks such as formatting letters, data entry, booking of appointments, travel bookings, catering and stationery ordering and processing of Purchase Orders.
Key Responsibilities- Developing work priorities including identifying, analysing and resolving problems
- Delivering a service to internal staff and external customers
- Using corporate and specialised software programs including managing and monitoring information management systems, finance systems and Microsoft Office
You will be required to have Certificate III in Business Administration or similar. Additionally, you should be able to work efficiently in a team environment, develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
