Receptionist & Administration Assistant – Join a Community-Focused Team

Location: Tamworth, NSW

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming clients with professionalism and warmth, both in person and over the phone
  • Managing incoming enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Providing administrative support across the business, including data entry, document preparation, and appointment scheduling
  • Assisting with client follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting team initiatives and contributing to a positive office culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in reception or administration (finance industry experience is a bonus, but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general office systems
