We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Business Support Officer to provide administrative support to our team.
- This role involves providing general administration assistance, including formatting letters, data entry, booking appointments, travel bookings, ordering stationery, and processing Purchase Orders.
- The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results in a business administration environment.
- They will develop work priorities, including identifying, analysing, and resolving problems that may arise.
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal staff and external clients using corporate and specialized software programs.
The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification. They must be able to demonstrate attention to detail, with some knowledge of the importance of accuracy in legal correspondence being highly desirable.
Main Responsibilities- Work efficiently in a fast-paced business administration environment.
- Develop work priorities, including identifying, analysing, and resolving complex problems.
