This is a general administration role which assists the entire Directorate.
- The tasks you would undertake include but are not limited to basic administration such as formatting letters, data entry, booking of appointments, travel bookings, catering and stationary ordering and processing of Purchase Orders.
You will work efficiently in a business administration environment - both independently and as part of a team.
You will develop work priorities including identifying, analysing and resolving problems.
You will deliver a service to internal staff and external customers.
You will use corporate and specialised software programs including managing and monitoring information management systems, finance systems and Microsoft Office.
You will demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar.
- Ability to be a team player and cooperate with others to deliver business outcomes.
- Attention to detail is essential, and some knowledge of the importance of accuracy in legal correspondence is highly desirable.
- Have a genuine interest in Liveable Communities projects and commitment to pursue team goals.
- Previous experience in office administration
- Drivers Licence
